My ex husband got custody of my children because I missed a mediation hearing. I have supervised visitation! I only have seen them 6 times in 8 months. My daughter is 12 My son is 10, They both want to live with me. I was their main parent for the past 5 years . Right now I am a stay at home mom with my Disabled son (5) from my second marrige we just make enough to get by, a lawyer wants $ 3000.00 minimum for a retainer I don't have that kind of money. I tried going to legal aid but, all they will do is help me fill out paperwork. I am really in a bind! I love my kids and have always been an excellent mother I have never used drugs, been arrested or anything like that I have always been a stay at home mother and Thet truly want to live with me, What do I do Please real answers only. Mother with a broken heart.....

I was reading a very nice book recently on the traditions and culture of Bharat. It said that for our houses we should keep a pair of Pratyahari at the front entrance of the house, one on either side of the door.

What would be suitable?
Lions? Elephants.... or something else?

I've been working for about 6-months for a state-funded educational organization. I've read government-funded research reports that have stated that this type of educational program is totally worthless. Yet, teachers and staff just keep plugging away as though everything was just fine. I'm thinking of taking the story to the media, but if the government already knows this type of program doesn't work, why would they care to hear about my particular program?

I'm a full time secretary in a building that has other businesses in it. Well, my day wasn't always completely full so I did some secretarial services for other businesses in the building. Well, I never thought about them giving me a 1099 because I really didn't do that much work for either of them. I did about $600 of work for one company about 4 or $500 for the other in a years time. Now both companies I did work for are giving me a 1099. Do you always have to file it? I mean like if its under a certain amount of money or something. I was counting on my tax return but now am I going to have to pay a lot? I don't know anything about this stuff...........?help?

My wedding was a last minute thing. So, I only had my maid of honor and my daughters in the wedding. When we all went to get our dresses, they only came in pettie sizes. My sister-in-law is like very, very, big and there was no dress for her. That's why I didn't have her as a brides maid. I wanted all the girls to have the same kind of dress. It's been two years since the wedding and she stopped talking to me since then. Soon I found out that she was upset and talking bad about me, because she wasn't in the wedding.

the u,s, mint is coming out with presidential golden dollar coins .this program is similar to the state quarters program, the coins will be honoring all dead presidents in the order in which they served, releasing 4 different coins per year through the year 2016. what i want to know specifically want to know is, will the average joe smoo be able to buy these coins for face value via local banks, credit unions etc...?
