I read online that when you use bar soap for your acne, it causes pre-mature aging? Help!! I don't wanna look that old!!

But, what if you're 12-14 years old? Is Cetaphil okay for your skin? I want something that isn't going to harm my skin too much.

It really doesn't have much to do with cosmetics. The most important factors, are diet, sleep, stress, and exercise.

Stop using all soap. It is much too hard on your skin.
Use Cetaphil or generic knockoffs, usually called Skin Cleanser. You can find it at Kmart, WalMart, Walgreens, CVS, Savon, RiteAid.
It is soapless, pH balanced, and moisturizing.
Staying out the sun is the cause of most aging of the skin. Use an SPF 30 everyday, rain or shine.
You'll thank me in 40 years.

a white soap is the best thing to use. i am 30 yrs old and have been using white soap for 10 yrs. normally i use oil o lay white but i just changed to dove white 2 days ago. lets hope it work.

Please use moisturizer, and don't worry about the soap,the sun exposure is the one you habe to worry about,to make aging.
