My husband and I are looking to gut and replace our bathroom. It is currently very dated and requires a little plumbing updating. Part of the gutting will be removing an existing linen closet and a built-in vanity and a built-in hamper. The room is 6 by 9 feet with a standard-sized shower/tub insert. We plan on getting standard-grade replacement tub, shower insert, toilet, and vanity. Aside from some plumbing updating, there is no structural issues or any "catches".
We live near Boston, Ma. Our estimates for this project so far have been $12,500 and $16,700. Do these estimates sound high? We would like to do this ourselves (as we usually do everything ourselves) but we are expecting a baby very soon and we don't have the time or ability to do it ourselves right now.

According to the World Health Organization, mothers should breastfeed their children until they are 2 years of age. Obviously this isn't possible for all couples (painful breastfeeding, adoption etc), but are North American couples wrong for stopping breastfeeding earlier for convenience (to go back to work, because it is hard to work around the schedule etc)? I am not asking this for personal reasons, just more curiousity, because up until recently, I thought you were supposed to wean your child at 9 months - 12 months. I know he puts a stake where a corner of the building will be, then he runs a chalk line where the front of the building will be and puts a stake on that line a specified distance. Then he runs another line a specified distance from the first stake where the side of the building will be. He temporarily puts a stake at that point. Then he runs a third line from the second stake and extends it to toward the stake marking the side of the building and adjusts that stake without changing the distance of that stake from the first stake until it meets the last line and that creates a right angle for the corner of the building. But I don't the dimensions he uses for the front and the side of the building..

i was a freshman in high school (young but not too young for true love) i met the guy of my dreams online (he was who he said he was because i have proof so dont say anything bout meeting ppl online) we never really asked each other out but we were together (saying i love you i hope were together forever) we never met but we were together for about two and a half months..we talked 24/7, told each other everything..in my mind we were and still would be perfect for eachother.. one horrible day he told me that "it hurt him to love me" because we never saw eachother..bs i think..he started saying that he never said he wanted to be with me (but he wrote me poems and songs and told me he wud never hurt me all the time) he told me we'd always be friends but soon he completely stopped talking/responding to me.i offered him all my love and trust (he told me grls always betrayed him) i thaught i was the one
