That depends on the woman. But I do know that most women, want honesty, trust, openness and someone who will take care of them if need be. I mean, if a burglar or something came, we want our man to grab a bat and beat the crap outta them, not push us in front of them and run for the phone!!!!!
We are a pretty simple breed.....give us a trustworthy man, with integrity and we are good to go. Oh and good personal hygeine, the ability to read and hold down a job are definate pluses. ;)

Different women look for different things, it's the reason that you see those who you don't consider to be anyones type, with a woman. If you're asking what I personally look for then I could help you out there. But like I said before, I don't know how many women are like ME! I've finally found a guy that has most things that I look for. My fiance is intelligent, tender, open, sincere, romantic, great with children, funny, entertaining, and so much more. He also is a manly man! He's part of the army and is currently overseas so he has both sides, a mushy loving side and a tough man side. Women want someone they can relate to but someone that is different enough for them to be attracted to. Don't let women fool you though, as much as personality means, you have to be attracted to the guy. I love a guy that LOVES to be himself! There isn't much more you could ask for.

It depends on the lady. Just be yourself. If she finds what she wants there she will stay. Don't try to impress her too much... They want somebody that can make them laugh so try and relax. Most people want what they cant have... so If you are always in her face she will back up. They don't want to be bossed around that is for sure.
As far as tender or manly... you shouldnt have to be one or the other. Be yourself and dont be afraid to be a man... just listen to what she says and try to put yourself in her shoes. Don't try to fix everything... she really just wants to know you are listening and that you care.

The first thing women want is trust and communication with the man their with. If they cant trust them, then they wont be with them. Everything else that comes with them is a bonus!
