ive been having these pains for the past 2 months in my pelvic and in my abdominal area, also been having some pinkish discharge and i havent started my period. i know im not pregnat because the dr checked ever thing out the only thing he found was an infection in my ovary and fallopian tube but doesnt know exactly from what . i need help what could this be or what could have caused this infection and how do they treat it .

its not pelvic inflammatory disease they already checked for that.

its not an std either ruled out all of that they were thinking that a cysts rupptured but who knows if they dont even know!

Many things and some of them simple SALPYNGITIS can be caused by a drop or "Bombing" insto the oceanor sex in the bath water is forced into the vagina through the opening of the Os and up to the fallopian tubes. This takes with it microbacteria which sets up an infection. Cysts that burst can also cause this type of symptoms you describe.
A course of Antibiotics is usually prescribed to treat this condition.
Return to your doctor immediately and if no satisfaction from that get a referral to a Gynacologist for immediate investigation. The penalty for leaving this too long is not pleasant

Sounds like it might be pelvic inflammatory disease or something else. Either way you need to call your doc and let him know you are still having problems as left untreated this could lead to infertility.
