My ex is applying for Shared residency. Once he makes his application, does anyone know how long it takes for court dates to come up?

Hi everyone, can anyone tell me the procedure to trasfer the ownership of a property from a family members name to my name. Is there any legal or taxation issues which may arise? i wish to take on legal ownership of my sister property... Whats the course of action i need to take and does anyone know the costs involved?

I been with my bf for about 12 month and we argue all the time about stupid stuff and when it comes to break up I will say OK we need to do something about this it is not going anywhere and he will say the same think and when I say we should break up he will say is that really what u want and I ask him what about and he will say: NO BUT IF THAT IS WHAT U WANT AND WE END UP MEAKING OUT. I love him so much I don’t know what to do and all we do is argue right know. And plus he start saying that I have change for u I have been fitful to u he never cheat on me but he said that he used to cheat on his other xgfs. He will say u should be thankful for not cheating on u all the time I mean I DON’T EVEN KNOW HOW TO really talk to him I need help please guys help me

I want to find black and white photos online of england (big ben and such), and I want to print them off onto special glossy paper. Now, I want them to look white and grey, you kow the look, not BLACK but ...greyish and white. I am having a hard time explaining. So would I look for those online and stay away from all color photos or could i find color and then print them in black and white?

I have two 16X20 pictures of my kids when they were 15 mos. old (They are now 13 and 15) that I would like to reframe and hang in my living room. My living room is decorated in muted reds and golds. The picture of my daughter is a light blue background and she is wearing a white romper with baby pink and blue flowers. My son's picture is also a light blue background. He is wearing a white sweater with primary red and blue shapes on it. How can I mat these pictures in such a way that they would fit into my living room. I am very proud of these pictures and NOT hanging them in my living room is not an option. Thanks in advance for your help.

If you have a block of mass 100kg, initially at rest and drop it 10m and it impacts the ground and does not bounce it just lands flat. What are the forces it imparts on the ground and what are the forces the ground imparts on it.

I have tried simply v=(gt)^.5 and d=.5 gt^2 and solved for the finial velocity and time and calculated acceleration = change in v/ change in t, which I get the force of gravity F=ma then W=mg and the total F= ma-mg which turns out to be zero. What am I doing wrong?

Why do you post a question, and when someone states their opinion go running to Yahoo answers to report them because you can't handle their opinion? I get answer after answer deleted because armchair activist (those who speak but don't do) can't take what they dish out. Is that legal for a person to use MY photos, name (first, last, middle) and things that are mine online? For instance. There is this girl who is running around the internet using my name and photos. She's hacked into my old OLD yahoo account and e-mailing and making 'online friendships' with my name and leading men on to believe the wrong thing about me. She or they are creating myspaces, livejournals, yahoo's, AIM accounts, everything. It's really starting to piss me off. There is even one using my name and my information and things I've written and using some other girl who looks just like me photos.

Is this legal? Isn't there something I can do.

this is just my thought on the matter. but i think one of two things are going to happen now that the undertaker was won the royal rumble.

1. the undertaker will go to wrestlemania and will stay undefeated and win the title and he will retire at wrestlemania or shortly after.

2. the undertaker will lose for the first and only time at wrestlemania. the lights will go dark and that will be the last time that we see him.

as much as i hate to say it i dont think the undertaker will be around for much longer. i really think that he is going to have one more title run and he is going to hang it up.
