I happened to turn on the radio the day he announced that he was not running again. The senate was talking about his announcement. I turn on the radio only to hear {what I thought ] was a eulogy. I thought Kerry died when I heard the way Ted, Harry, and a few others, were talking about Kerry. I got a good laugh when I realized it was a eulogy for his campaign
