Is that legal for a person to use MY photos, name (first, last, middle) and things that are mine online? For instance. There is this girl who is running around the internet using my name and photos. She's hacked into my old OLD yahoo account and e-mailing and making 'online friendships' with my name and leading men on to believe the wrong thing about me. She or they are creating myspaces, livejournals, yahoo's, AIM accounts, everything. It's really starting to piss me off. There is even one using my name and my information and things I've written and using some other girl who looks just like me photos.

Is this legal? Isn't there something I can do.

I have reported it to Yahoo and they just aren't doing anything about it. Because she switched my log in information and the things to get my password back and verify it was mine.

Myspace has deleted the accounts but she keeps making them.

Oh and thank you Zolia for the link, I'll definitely check it out.

Another thing is I know there was a girl online who had pictures and things stolen and used by another person. She (the faker)was talking to a girl online and the girl she was talking to found out and called the cops and the faker got a visit from the local Police Dept. but she tracked her IP address via her Myspace URL and I don't know how to do that.

I don't care if you take my pictures or whatever but once you start hacking my things and such that's over the limit.

I believe the first thing you need to do is report her to both Yahoo (for hacking into your old Yahoo account) and MySpace.

Click below for more info. Call them up and see if they can guide you.

i'm very almost thoroughly particular that is via the regulations of their societies (both written and unwritten), cultural norms, and non secular regulations. that is why in quite conservative Muslim societies the ladies human beings ought to placed on finished burqas and different outfits that thoroughly covers their finished body, which includes face. for this reason they don't placed up images of thenselves, because it wouod be considered distasteful or perhaps taboo. yet, keep in innovations, this surely does no longer mean those women human beings are ashamed of ways they seem or some thing alongside those lines, theyre merely adhering to their faith and custom. many women those who placed on the burqas honestly placed on dressmaker outfits and such less than their classic clothing. notwithstanding, in liberal Muslim societies, Muslim women human beings can placed on some thing so user-friendly as a hijab with different outfits of their decision. And in those similar societies is the position you would possibly want to likely see women human beings posting images if themselves, because they don't seem to be anticipated to continuously veil their face. i'm not in any respect an expert on Muslim custom although. strong success!
