My ex is applying for Shared residency. Once he makes his application, does anyone know how long it takes for court dates to come up?

I really do not know... You need to contact and attorney or your local courthouse to see if they would know... I really do not know how long before a court date... It usually happens when a judge can hear the case.

i have experience of this... it took about 3 months for the very first court date, then it moved fairly quickly, we and the kids were seen several times by the cafcass officer and the final hearing was about 2 months after that. all in all from first court appearance it took 6 months. good luck and i hope you get the outcome you are after.
