ok sorry another question i just asked the question about my kitten she is not moving that much and is sitting in one place with eyes closed i tried to coax her into bed but she wont go and sit by it with eyes closed but i know shes alert because my mom just came and she was meowing towards her and was rubbing against her, so im thinking shes ok just weak and groggy.

It should not be too bulky to carry around.I do not want to add more paraphernalia like discs etc.My budget is less than $500.It should be a simple, easy- to- shoot model without too much complicated manual adjustments which can be done only with expertise and experience of a professional.I may use it as a hobby of an amateur with, let me say, 24 hours shoot at a stretch.This model should give pictures of good clarity even indoors.I should be able to connect it to a home PC,do the editing myself and take prints without much difficulty and without reading pages and pages of instruction manuals,understanding them and sruggling to take video prints or to view them.
Please suggest something for small family outings which do not last more than a week but simple to operate with a long-life battery.Please also specify what accesories are a must and what is the price.
I am totally confused and bewildered to read the info available in the marketplace; the net result is nothing but zero.

Me and my bf of a year broke up two days ago, and I can't get over him. We've spoken a little since then, but I have been doing most of the talking. I'm trying to get him to come over and talk to me and try to work things out. Some of my friends say give him time and space others say that I need to get it done with before it's too late.

Yesterday I asked him a question via text message: What do I need to do to get you back?

He responded: Can't answer that right now

And also, out of the blue he texted me: No matter what I do, I'll still love you. Then called, but I kind of blew him off out of anger for the break-up and he got mad.

Does any of this mean anything to you? Because I'm being positive thinking that we might be able to work things out. And how do I get him to meet up with him?

Here is my situation.....I have this "friend" who I have known since high school. In the early stages of our so called friendship everything appeared "cool" and we would hang out almost on a daily basis but I always had the idea in my head that things were too good to be true. Over time though I started to convince myself that maybe she might be a legit friend. Lately though it seems that the only time we hang is when she needs a favor or a ride somewhere. Im strongly starting to believe now that we are only friends because I have a car and money. Now I'm the type of person that if I feel that someone is being shady then I will call them out on it. The only problem that I have with the "being blunt" tactic is that if I'm wrong then it makes me look like an *** and I destroy a friendship. What is the best way to handle this situation?

A strange rustling sound could be heard. Mary, being a light sleeper, was aroused from her sleep immediately. "what was that?" she said semi-consciously. Rubbing her eyes, she got up and saw her friend, Jane, still sleeping soundly in her sleeping bag. I shook her lightly,"wake up Jane, i said. But she was not even once spurred. "wake up, Jane..." before i could finish my sentence, the same rustling sound interrupted me. There was it again! The strange rustling sound! “ Jane! Wake up!” i shook her again with a greater force. Jane mumbled something unclear to me before she went back to sleep again. Sighing, I decided to explore the source of the strange rustling sound myself.
I got out of the tent quietly, and there was no one in sight. All my other friends were still sleeping with the sound of faint snoring heard in the background. I took every step quietly, not wanting to wake them up. Following my instinct and where I thought I heard the sound from, I walked towards the woods. I hoped I was going in the correct direction, when i suddenly slipped. "Oomph!" I landed with a thud. “Ouch...” i moaned in pain. As i was trying to get up, I felt that the ground was wet and it was unusual as it was a dry day. In the dark, i tried to look at what was on my hands. It was hard at first, but with the pale streaks of moonlight coming down, I could see that it was deep and dark in colour. What was it? My guess was that it was: blood. “Blood! Yikes!” I bit back a scream. I ran to the nearest tree and wiped my hand furiously against the tree trunk, trying to get the blood streaks off. Beads of perspiration ran down against my cheeks.

My ex wife got addicted to drugs and I fought her for custody from Oct. 05' to Aug. 06 for. In June of last year I didnt have cutsody through the court but I have the police reports that show I had my daughter and the reports stated not to give my daughter back to her because of safety reasons. In July, I got temp custody through the courts and August I got permanent with my ex having no visitation with my daughter. Although I had my daughter, I continued paying $140 a week child support until August. Now that I have custody, my ex hasnt paid the first penny in child support which Im not concerned about but she says she will claim her on her taxes. I havent kept her from my daughter but I make sure she has supervised visitation every other weekend with my daughters grandmother. I feel like I should have the right to claim her since I did pay my child support and I am also sole provider for her now. I pay her child care, schooling, medical and anything else she needs.

I live in a victorian back to back terraced underdwelling, which means we have a house above us. The roof of this house is leaking and water is causing rising damp in our property. The woman above us says she's in the process of getting it fixed, but that was five months ago! Are we jointly responsible for the roof repairs?
