sure, use a program called winiso or ultra iso....with these you can actually add stuff to the iso as well...then next time you burn them or open them the added stuff will be there too.

you can download a virtual drive program. it tricks your computer into thinking you have more than 1 cd-drive. i like using daemon or poweriso.
daemon is better since it's COMPLETELY FREE!
