We have been going out for just about 2 years now.. she lives with me on the weekends when I'm off work. I'm 21 and a police officer so I have the whole career thing going for me already and we have been talking about moving out with eachother soon after I Graduate the police academy and get some money in the bank. Just wondering when the right time to get engaged would be? I know this is the girl I want to be with, we get along great and share so many of the same characteristics and views.

The Bible says Followers of Christ are to judge others, but HOW does it say we are to judge? "Judge lest ye be judged", is also for all believers and non-believers alike. So, where does that fit in, if it also tells us to judge?

I see a LOT of people asking questions about WHY believers judge when the Bible tells people not to, or they will be judged with the same judgement they judge with.

How would you explain this to a non-believer?

There is this guy and we have been flirting with eachother for about a year now, well I kept telling him how I wanted to bake him some sweets and he seemed very excited. Finally earlier this week I asked him if he wanted me to bake him some cookies this week and he said, YES PLEASE!!. Well I called him today to tell him that I baked them and should I drop them off or would he like to pick them up, and he said that he would get them this weekend because he is stuck in a meeting tonight. Do you think he is putting me off, or not?

I know, I know it sounds stupid but actually this idea came to me reading one of the close Questions ready for vote, quote:< IS incest a Sin?>that had 15 answers or so , very documented from the Bible, where there were passages when two daughters and a father got together to preserve human kind or something, plus Adam and Eve who had children and all living came from them, therfore their children must have coupled to each other to generate new population. Very confused aspects,this made me think.But if Adam and Eve did not have children naturally?I mean they lived in paradise first and it's unlikely to have got directly to sex, isn't it?The original sin must be more symbol, I heard this from a priest on TV. So it's more comfortable for me to think they had children not by sex but by some other form and they getting together later was like friends dating not like family.
