or in the back of you smells so bad, and the poor girl/guy at the cash register just has this OH god Help me look on there face? What do ya do????

That has happen to me and I didn't know it was the person in front of me. So, I said out loud "Holy hell, What is that smell!?"

yes that's really bad yesterday I was in line at the grocery store and in front of me was this lady who had two twins in her arms they both needed a diaper change badly and they had food all over them and in the women's hair the smell was horrible I was trying hard to be able to breathe the girl at the cash register was coughing up a storm in a attempt to breathe

Funny that you mentioned it. Just the other day I was at the grocery store, and the women in front of me in line had dried vomit on the front of her shirt and she smelled so bad. You could tell the cashier was trying not to gag.
