Hifonics brutus BXi1206D amp?

does the hifonics BXi1206D do its rated power 1000watt rms @1ohm...? also if anyone can answer if there is a dramatic difference in the older model BX1205D compared to this new BXi1206D. would appreciate the help thanks.

HiFonics does most of its ratings at 2 ohm RMS not max. These amps are monsters. I dont feel they get enough credit for the quality of amp they are. Amazing. I just did a HiFonics system 2 6400 watt subs and a XXcyclops amp 4000x1RMS talk about a system... Holy cow. Nice system. Anyways... I have the amp your talking about for $369 let me know how that compares to the price you got.
