I was all set to move in to an apartment the 1st of feb....I havn't signed anything, havn't paid anything, but told the people I was taking it, and they agreed, Now I cannot take the apartment. Due to a much better offer. I have to tell them. I feel like a real *****. How can I do it with out them hating me? They could probably have rented their apartment out within these last four weeks.

I recently desided I want to have a puppy that I can play with cuddle with and pamper as my little princess But... I dont know what kind to get.
I dont want some shrimpy dog But I dont want a monster I want it to grow up to be medium It cant bark to much. I want it to be very energetic but still wind down at the end of the day. I want it to like to travel and be around all sorts of people. I want it to be cute and sweet. It cant slober alot. I'm kinda enduring an awkward situation at work. One of my closest guy friends works at the same place as I do and I began to develop feelings for him though he has a gf. I told him I liked him and I felt it was best that we ignore each other for awhile so I can get over him. Anyway he asked me if I wanted to hook up with him, i said i did, but then he said i should do it with another guy I like. Anyway during all of this, I got mad at him for jerking my feelings around and I ended up calling him a dog, but then I apologized. The thing is I said all of this via text. The next day I wrote him a letter saying how sorry I was for how I acted, and that it was better that we treat each other as professionals since he has a gf and I need to move on. He ignored me and we've been ignoring each other for the past 3 weeks and now it is awkward and i miss talking to him sometimes. Yesterday, I got a b-day card from some of my coworkers. He wrote Happy Birthday, but didn't sign his name.

when we first started talking (online) he seemed to be totally into me, and I got someone to fingure out why he stopped calling me: I asked too many odd questions/he was annoyed by me.
ugh, so now he's dating a new girl and has written a blog about how much their week-long worth convos have changed his life and hes happier now.
