Years ago i was divorced. While doing the divorce, my boyfriend and I took my then husbands check book and wrote checks for 15 to 20 dollars each until we ran out of checks. We wrote about 1,500 checks together I signed them all as my name was on the account. I'd set my husband up on a protective order violation which he didn't violate and he went to prison for 2 years.
Now that he is out, also having inherited millions of dollars, he's hired a law firm to sue me for all the bounced checks and bad check fee's. How can he do this?
