PLEASE tell a trusted adult at your school what is going on, and tell them exactly what her parents said about this. This needs to be investigated by the authorities. PLEASE do not let this frighten you. You are saving your friend from a lot of heartache, possible diseases and possible pregnancy. Your friend has a lot of problems as home apparently that need to be dealth with by counselors that can help her, and her parents.
You are a good person for being concerned about her. Do not feel guilty about "telling" on her. Sometimes you have to do things that you don't really want to, but you know you should. This is one of those times. You might want to also tell your parents about this.
Remember, that if you do turn her in to an adult at school, they are obligated to keep your name CONFIDENTIAL at all costs. There is no way your friend or parents will know who told unless you tell them outright. Good luck hon!

She needs not to be in a rush for things. She should be enjoying 12 year old things. That will come soon enough. It should be with someone that you care about, that always helps.

if u both are underage then you two could be guided for good things but if u r adult enough then it becomes your obligation to properly help her in achieving correct things
