What is Bhattacharya's Model of Universe & antiuniverse?

It's totally inconsistent with the Standard Model which has been verified to extreme detail by experimental evidence. also, neutrinos have been shown to have some mass. At first i thought you were asking about the poet or the musician. This theory doesn't even show up in an Internet search.
