Amended tax return last year.....?

Last year my husband and I filed an amended tax return with a different AGI. When asked for AGI for last year, which one do we use the one on the orginal return or the one on the final amended return?

yes the amended return has been processed and the additional refund was rec'd in August of 2006

Has the amended return been processed? If not, you will have to use the original one, as that is what the IRS has in its system.

use the one from the amended return.
