I'm trying to get really toned and curvy biceps ( Kinda like softballs ) by summer time. What are the best exercises, how many sets, and how often per week should I use these routines to get my softball biceps by summer ?

i fell down the steps of the holiday inn due to thier rubber guard not being attached i was taken to the e.r. by ambulance and had ct scans,xrays and others test done.i went to my family dr. as a follow uo .i have a cut on my head a contusion on my head back and neck i have a terrible case of whip lash what should i do should i sue and if so how much should i demand. it hurts really bad.

Do gas furnaces "consume" the air in the space they are located to burn the natural gas or do they have an outside source of air? If you have a space (say a 6' X 6' area) is there a limit to how many fuel burning appliances you can put into this space? In other words, could you put two 75,000btu furnaces and a 30 gallon gas water heater in this space?

The Amazing Claude was topping the bill.
People came from miles around to see the famed hypnotist do his stuff. As Claude went to the stage he announced, ' unlike other hypnotists who invite just a few people out of the audience -- I intend to hypnotise each & every member of the audience.
The excitement was electric as Claude withdrew a beautiful antique pocket watch from his coat, ' I want each and everyone of you to keep your eyes fixed on this watch and let your minds wander'. The watch swayed back & forth as he quietly chanted 'Watch the watch, watch the watch, watch the ....'
The crowd was mesmerised as the watch went back & forth..... hundreds of pairs of eyes followed and followed and followed ... reality slipped away.
Suddenly the watch slipped from Claude's fingers and fell to the floor where it broke into a million pieces.
'Oh s**t' cried Claude.

The theatre had to remain closed for three days to be cleaned

I have always been in drama filled and emotionally abusive relationships and finally I found a guy who is wonderful. He is great, we get along great, laugh together, cry together and love spending time with one another. But the only thing that boggles my mind is that I am not jealous of him what so ever. All of my past relationships I was very jealous and very insecure of the man leaving me. Now that I am not I feel like there is something missing in our relationship. Is this normal to feel this way? I want to spend my life with this guy but people say that you "just know" if he is the one.....And without these jealousy feelings everything seems so different and I dont know whether or not he is the one. During the infatuation stage I always thought he was. Now that everything is just comforting I feel like I dont know anymore....I want to KNOW that he is the one.....

Why is it a bad thing for blacks to want to metion the fact they both superbowl coaches are black. Some whites on this board continue to say, its not about race, they did there job, color has nothing to do wtih it. Your missing the point, it's because of his color that toney dungy had to sit back and watch less qualified white men become head coaches when he was stuck as a coordinator, he kept his mouth shut and never complained. It was the Pittsburg Steelers owner a white guy -who put in the role in that said all teams must inteview atleast 1 black coach, he did this because every year he went to the owners meeting and watched black candidates never get a mention for job openings and get passed over by whites. Its a shame that in 2006 this is a big deal, i agree with that, the bigger shame is it wasn't until 2002 that dan rooney forced the league to look at this problem. Whites complain about affirmative action and call it discrimination, when its the other way around they don't.
