me, myself, and I?
LOL, now putting the joke aside, I'd say they'd be
1. a shelter to live at and be protected
2. the daily meals to keep healthy and living
3. the income to make sure the two above mentioned don't cease to exist.
Faith and strong will might give me the three reasons above.
Raising my daughter is the reason I have a strong will and faith.

after 4 long years, in spite of being counted not worthy to spend this life with her, i'd still say that it's her presence that is the most important thing in my life. to have loved this girl (who took me by storm) and lost is better to have not loved at all.
then i would say, my mother. even after more than 1 long year i still miss my mother and her touch. her words that inspired and sustained this puny soul in toughest of times, her lap that acted as a warm pillow....i miss them all. my mother is still important to me.
the next and last of the three is time. it is important to me. i will never get back the moments i had in the past. moments that i still cherish and wish they lasted a lifetime!
even tough you asked about "things" i thought i can think beyond mere objects that are tangible. all that i consider dear and important to me, only those seem to be going out of my life and control.

But i think the 3 most important things for me are:
1-The person who has to have my hearth (I'm looking for it)
2-My friends and my family.

More important than what? If you just want me to pick three things that are quite important to me, I might say peace, security, and my relations with others. I could just as easily say love, luck, and lollipops, and I think it would mean just as much.

1. Expressions of creativity in all its forms (philosophy, literature, visual arts, etc.)
2. Intimacy with other human beings (love, friendship, human relationships generally).
3. Avoiding the great void of non-existence. Maybe I'm irrational, maybe I have no faith, but I fear the unknown which follows death.
