i fell down the steps of the holiday inn due to thier rubber guard not being attached i was taken to the e.r. by ambulance and had ct scans,xrays and others test done.i went to my family dr. as a follow uo .i have a cut on my head a contusion on my head back and neck i have a terrible case of whip lash what should i do should i sue and if so how much should i demand. it hurts really bad.

you should talk to an attorney and have them handle any correspondence between the holiday inn and you. it sounds as though you have a very strong case. as for how much to sue for, the attorney should be able to help with that. I'm not a big believer in lawsuits, however, you do need to be compensated for the ambulance, hospital care, prescriptions, missed work, pain and suffering. they should also have to pay for future visits and anything that may arise from any of these injuries. good luck and feel better soon.

go see a personal injury attorney if you have not done so already. if you were in a store then the attorney can give you a ball park figure. the consultation is free but you want to do this as soon as possible.

I would ask for $100 billion, but if the opposing lawyer comes back with $45 billion, go ahead and take it.
