Is there anyone out there that knows an effective fat burning supplement for women? I have a very healthy diet and great exercise routine (4-5x/week combined weights and cardio). I'm not a body builder, but just need something to help me lose fat in areas that diet and exercise leave behind. My boyfriend suggested Hydroxycut Hardcore, but I think that would be way too intense for me, maybe I'm wrong. I need something I can take at "resting", not just before I work out. Any suggestions??

im a sensuality / erotica kinda gal...imagination and energy are very important to me...;0)

Caffeine Free Diet Pepsi or
Caffeine Free Diet Mountain Dew?
Personally I don't see the point of either. I think the Dew is like colored, mildy flavored water. The Pepsi leaves a gosh awful after taste. They at least have to have caffeine!

I was in there for 6 months and had to sleep on a mat on the floor in the cell for a while instead of getting a bed, got out of date food sometimes, didn't get out of the cell some days etc.

They say there are certain things you can't do for health and safety - like smoking - but some of the things like not having a proper bed and bad food aren't good for health and safety either.

When you are in there you can't really complain as you don't want to be seen to be causing trouble but is their certain things that you are entitled to and can you do anything about it after you've been there?

Me and my husband are ttc for 6 months, I started to track my ovulation today is 3dpo me and my husband had sex on the 15,17,19 which was during my fertile time anf on my ovualtion day. Was wandering what are some things to look for that are differnt after ovulation that would indicate success? Its going to kill me to wait 10 more days to test.

i have been getting my period since september 2006 and i havent told my mom yet what should i do? if i tell her she will be all momish and slimy sweet but if i don't tell her i have to keep hiding it and thats especaly hard because of school and i had my period on christmas so thats really hard to have happen because it's sooo verry hard to be around people because you wanna chop everyones heads off and not only that but to keep my mom from knowing i cant buy any pads at the store or get any from school so i have to use toilte paper instead, what should i do about all this?

Please help, my son does not like school. He wants to go to a different school but its out of our district. He thinks we should do anything we can to make him happy, send him to private school or homeschool. There is only 4 months of school left and we have told him to just finish this year and we will talk about other options this summer. He says no and will make us all unhappy if he has to be unhappy. He played baseball w/ the high school team last year, and knows people. But has a wall up and says he has no friends. He is in threapy , but nothing seems to be working except making us all crazy. I'm 15, turning 16 in June, and this guy that I'm seeing is 20. Everything was going awesome until this weekend he called me all upset about how he was deathly afraid of going to jail because of the age difference. He was really scared about everything and in the end he ended up ditching me for the date we had planned and hung up on me on the phone after he told me that i really needed to think about things and to call him tomorrow. I am a 16 year old guy and my family is into nudism. We were raised in the nudist environment but how do I talk to my parents about an embarrassing situation. My aunt Dawn had me and my sister over at her house while my parents were out of town. They have an outside pool and a fenced in backyard. Well as usual, we go nude often as they are into the nudist lifestyle as well. The thing that happened here that is weird is that my Aunt Dawns 13 year old daughter Amanda was walking around nude and this time I got an erection. I know that is nasty cause she is my cousin and I felt really guilty but I got hard when I saw her bare butt. Well now my aunt is angry with me as she saw it and I got scolded. Does it seem like people wear them less then they did , say, 15 or 20 years ago?
Has anybody wondered why sunglasses became so popular after the 50's?
