You know with whom you are comfortable, and if you are not comfortable with someone, then how can you reveal your inner most thoughts and problems to them. That is the key to be comfortable and to be able to feel relaxed enough to tell this person things that you have never revealed to any one. Maybe then you can be actually helped with your problem(s). Peace, love, and joy to you.

one that you can connect with on a personal level. lets face it, if you're going to tell this person intimate details of your life, you would want to think you are telling someone who believes in you and will not judge you no matter what. it can sometimes take a while to find the therapist thats right. but when you do it works.

A counsellor with lots of patience, willingness and determination so that he can instill the same in the victim. Better be an experienced person... :-)
