Is there anyone out there that knows an effective fat burning supplement for women? I have a very healthy diet and great exercise routine (4-5x/week combined weights and cardio). I'm not a body builder, but just need something to help me lose fat in areas that diet and exercise leave behind. My boyfriend suggested Hydroxycut Hardcore, but I think that would be way too intense for me, maybe I'm wrong. I need something I can take at "resting", not just before I work out. Any suggestions??
