hiya i am eating steamed veg with rice with bernard matthews Turkey Ham and have been for a while is the Bernard Matthews Turkey Ham really that good for you when you are on a diet because i ahve lost about 9 pounds woo hoo !!!! because i no that the turkey ham won slimmers of the year last year ??
has anyone else lost lots of weight by eating the turkey ham ??? and does tuna pu weight on ???

For last few weeks, I have been getting painful burning itches on my back when I dry after showering.

What is causing this and how do I stop it? I LOVE to be in water but gee... It's getting to point where I really don't want to shower anymore.

I have two cats and when I first got them they were so good about going to their litter box and using it.
Now they have stopped using it all the time, they tend to go on my carpet and only in the same room as the litter box, they will also pee in front of my hallway door.
I can't take it anymore and I don't want to get rid of them.
Is there a reason why they started this when they got older (they are only 1 and a half) How can I get them to stop!!!!!! ANY SUGGESTIONS?????????

1) im now lifting a weight for bout 6 months.but now my appetite in eating getting more and more.i can't control it. it happens just last week.It's alright or should i stop doing it.and i ate meat like crazy....
2) i exercise like crazy non stop.i can feel my muscle grows but my friends told me to keeping down a little bit.he's said dat my body need a rest.but i had read in this magazine dats says ,to keep u body in tone u should lifting a weight everyday.so whom right and who wrong.
3) i started lifting weight wit a heavy dumbbell,5 kg and after a months now i used the 8 kg n now i used 10 kg.is it good for my muscle or it will make my muscle stop grows?because the weight dats i used.
So help me.

I do. Remember Jesus said this generation will not pass away until all these things are fullfiled. Guess what? As you know Israel is now back in the land(1948) and the generation that saw that happen will not pass away until Jesus returns to take the church home. Israel took back Jerusalem in 1967 as you know in the seven day war so that generation saw that too. Also the EU formed in the same generation. Christians it is time to wake up and face the music because Jesus is coming back very, very soon. I have been revield in revelations from the Lord himself personally in June of 2005 that the end is near, and the Lord allowed me to look into the rapture last year and let me know what it would be like.
