1) im now lifting a weight for bout 6 months.but now my appetite in eating getting more and more.i can't control it. it happens just last week.It's alright or should i stop doing it.and i ate meat like crazy....
2) i exercise like crazy non stop.i can feel my muscle grows but my friends told me to keeping down a little bit.he's said dat my body need a rest.but i had read in this magazine dats says ,to keep u body in tone u should lifting a weight everyday.so whom right and who wrong.
3) i started lifting weight wit a heavy dumbbell,5 kg and after a months now i used the 8 kg n now i used 10 kg.is it good for my muscle or it will make my muscle stop grows?because the weight dats i used.
So help me.

1) Exercising will make you hungry. If you are a man, you should eat between 15 and 20 times your body weight (in pounds; between 33 and 44 times your body weight in kg) in calories daily, perhaps even more if you are active. I'm not sure what it is for a woman though.
2) The magazine is full of it. You shouldn't lift weights more than about three or four times per week, and no more than about about 45 minutes of lifting. Your body needs time to rest.
3) Hmmm . . . you should consider getting adjustable dumbells. The 10 kg ones will do for a while, but eventually you will need more weight. And getting new dumbells every time you get used to them can be expensive. I've seen workout plans using only dumbells, but they aren't the best for every muscle group. But if you just want to be in shape, they should be plenty.
