No you can't, you can go to the local family planning clinic and get a free test done there.
Savers the shop sell tests for like a pound if you need a cheap test.

You probably wont be able to get them free on the net but you can go to your GP or local family planning clinic and they will provide them

not to my knowldge,however u can get them free at family planning clinics etc.anyway the poundshop sells them and there gud,so stop bein a tight wad n part with a pound!
