Those are absolutely LOVELY names, and I'll tell you why. The meanings of names have such a great impact. (Did you ever wonder why people don't like names like Helga or Onslo? It's because they associate negative images like ugliness and obesity with those names.)

Christopher:
Means "bearing Christ", derived from Late Greek (Christos) combined with (phero) "to bear, to carry". Christopher was the legendary saint who carried the young Jesus across a river. He is the patron saint of travellers. Another famous bearer was Christopher Columbus, the explorer who reached the West Indies in the 15th century.

Anthony:
From the Roman family name Antonius, which is of unknown Etruscan origin. It has been commonly associated with Greek (anthos) "flower", which resulted in the addition of the h in the 17th century. A notable bearer of the Roman name was Mark Antony (Marcus Antonius), the general who ruled the Roman Empire jointly with Augustus for a short time. Other famous bearers include the 3rd-century Saint Anthony the Abbot, a hermit from Egypt who founded monasticism, and the 13th-century Saint Anthony of Padua, the patron saint of Portugal.

Keira:
Feminine form of CIARAN. Saint Ciara was an Irish nun who established a monastery at Kilkeary in the 7th century. Also, Keira Knightly is a beautiful, talented, British actress who starred with Orlando Bloom.

Elizabeth:
From (Elisabet), the Greek form of the Hebrew name Elisheva' meaning "my God is an oath" or perhaps "my God is abundance". It was also borne by the 12th-century Saint Elizabeth, a daughter of King Andrew II of Hungary who became a Franciscan nun and lived in poverty. This was also the name of a ruling queen of England and an empress of Russia. Famous modern bearers include the British queen Elizabeth II and actress Elizabeth Taylor.

All four of those names are wonderful names. It's very important that YOU like the names and not everyone else. If you love the name, then I am absolutely positive your child will love his or her name, too!

I wish you the best of luck with your baby! I pray little Christopher or Keira are happy and healthy! : - )

It's nice to see some normal names instead of the made up/mixed up trash you so often see suggested. I like Christopher Anthony but am not so keen on the flow of Keira Elizabeth, it has a sort of Hiccup sound between the A of Keira and the E of Elizabeth.

I would prefer Anthony Christopher and I like Keira but not with Elizabeth. Maybe Elizabeth Keira sounds better but not by much.

I like them both. Christopher Anthony is a very strong name for a boy. Keira Elizabeth is nice too. I like the back to basic names. Nothing is more embarrassing for a child than to be called a different name or have a teacher mispronounce it.

I think I like Christopher Anthony, it all depends on the last name really... it has to have a good flow to it. Keira just seems a bit odd... not too fond of that one.

The male names are historic and sound great. If Keira is a family name fine. Elizabeth is also quite a historic name and children have had that name over the centuries. It sounds good!

Christopher Anthony is so-so. Not terrible but not outstanding.

Keira Elizabeth is beautiful!

They're okay. Keira Elizabeth sounds alright but they don really go together. Christoher Anthiny is typical, nothing special.

I like Keira... but be careful with Christopher Anthony depending on your surname. If your surname starts with a T, his initials will be C.A.T... as i say depending on your surname...

Congrats!!
