What is government, after all? It is run by the kind of officers against whom you want action to be taken for their acts of commission and omission. There is a total systemic dysfunction. The system needs to be rectified. There is no point in pointing fingers at some sections of the system. A total revolution involving every aspect of our social life that is to take place. The youth should be enlightened enough to take the initiative for this and spearhead the movement.
