maybe- Try hairspray....cheap hairspray works better than good hairspray....99cents a bottle? that's the stuff you want...spray on and let sit for a few minutes; or apply with a q-tip. This has worked on some of my worst "ink-type" of tragedies.

Try rubbing alcohol. I have used it to take sharpie maker off a plastic table. It worked real well.
