when i press the botton to open it, it just makes a weird humming sound, but it will not open. I can open it by hand, but i have no idea how to fix the automatic opener.
please help

has anyone else heard of it?if not shawn hornbeck was kidnapped 4 and a half years ago and everyone took him as dead and recently ben ownby was kidnapped and after 4 and a half days was thought to be dead when that night of the 4 th day police were tipped off about the white truck in an apartment lot they checked it out and the man who owned it took them to his apartment where shawn hornbeck and ben ownby were found...........wow, ....... what are your thoughts?

i spend $20 a month on skin care products for my face...because i have acne prone skin i can't just buy a bar of soap to wash my face with.....anyways my husband thinks that this is a big extravagant waste of money....i told him he's actually getting off cheap as i have many friends who spend 10 times that.....just curious what you guys spend on your face/skin care per month....

Just recently I had a virus on my computer but I just got rid of it a few months ago. But there must eb a little of it left on my computer cuz this thing called active destop is on my computer and it wont let me put backgrounds on my desktop other than colors. I have fallen for a boy and we only know each other trough the internet. we live in different sates i live up north(Ohio) and he lives in the south (Florida). i want to tell him that i love him more then life itself but words can't even begin to descib the love i have for him. We have a large amount of equity in our current house.
We have no bills other than the mortgage on our current house.

Is a home equity loan to get to the 20% down payment and then a conventional loan on the investment property itself the best way to go?

Or is it best to finance the investment property itself rather than using the equity in the primary residence. We could finance 100% of the loan purchase price or do a secondary mortgage to come up with a 20% down payment.

I know you can have a non smoking building, but this one appears you are not allowed to be a smoker at all.

I am not looking to rent, i came across it the other day in the paper and i was just curious. Seems like it would be discrimination to me.
