I'm trying to lose a few pounds and am interested in a good vitamin that will help me maintain and not cause me to want eat everything in sight! Is there such a thing as a good vitamin out there?

It speads up you metabolism. Drink green tea. It tastes good and is loaded with egcg. They even have different flavors like blueberry and plum.
