Recently I have sort of jumped into a fish aquarium without doing a proper amount of research first. In our tank we have two small african drawf frogs, 2 fancy guppies, two x-ray something fish, and two larger orange guys (Forgive my ignorance with actual names). The Mrs. wanted some neon tetras, so we added two to the tank. One died the next day. The other won't leave the bottom. So I added two more Neon Tetras hoping the original one would feel more comfortable with others of his own kind. Now all three just sit at the bottom, the new two swim around some, but not much. Our tank is typically 78-80 degrees, and we do use aquarium salt. The other fish seem to be fine, and healthy they all eat and swim around actively.

I'm not sure what we should do. I'm open to opinions?
Could the neon tetras be scared of the other larger fish in the tank (they are the smallest in the tank)?
If they have the dreaded neon tetra disease could they give this to other non-neon tetra fish in the tank?

Many would have you believe that baptism is ONLY symbolic. This scripture speaks to this idea. Here it says baptism saves. Here you will see it being compared to Noah's water WHICH SAVED. It says that NOAH'S water was symbolic not baptism. It is was symbolic in that "baptism THAT NOW SAVES YOU ALSO".

The writer knew this would be a difficult thing to understand so he explains -- it's not related to the removal of dirt from the body but to the pledge of a good conscience. Some say this scripture is talking about baptism of the Holy Spirit. First, nowhere does it say this is baptism of the Holy Spirit. Second, NEVER in scripture where it is clearly stated that the scripture is talking about Holy Spirit baptism is this baptism stated as being saving in nature but rather identification of the saved. Third, this scripture is obviously talking about water baptism because the writer clarifies that this act has nothing to do with the removal of dirt which happens when one is immersed in water.

But can any work I do merit salvation? Surely not! Is baptism a work? Yes. But baptism is not a work I DO. I am baptized.

It therefore is a work of the one who baptizes me and most importantly it is a work that JESUS PERFORMS upon me.

i have been dating this divorced guy for over 3 mons now and before it gets any farther i want someones opinion on this.he was married for 7yrs with a child that he adoors.hes the best/loving dad i have ever seen.the problem is he cheated on his wife not once but 2x and finally left her for an old gf(not me).he told me his wife was so bad to him she drove him to cheat.i will say in the 3 short mons i have known him he has been nothing short of wonderful/accommodating to her but she has made his life a living hell.example i heard her call him a f-cking a-shole in front of thier 5 yr old child and he just walked away.i asked him if she was so bad to u why did u not leave.he said when u have a child its not that easy u want to make it work.what do u guys think can a controlling wife make u cheat or did he make her that way from all his cheating/lieing on her?

I have been talkin to this guy n whatever else we do for a yr now n i like him but don't want to commit to him cuz he needs to get it together before that would happen. he been smokin weed his whole life i think. Anywayz, he's 23, livin wit his momma still, dropped out of college, and works a job that has terrible hours and doesn't pay much. I really care about him n think that i can help him. He works late n sleeps till 1 or 2pm everyday! When I ask him what he wants to do wit his life he says just survive. When i ask him what he did today he says he slept. I know that he might have real reasons to smoke as much as he do...ya know for relaxation, stress, n just pretty much to get over the fact that he wasn't given the best chance in life to succeed, but doesn't weed just make everything worse. I am conviced its partly the weed that doesn't make him want anything more. I used to smoke...but this is probably his problem right? I really want to help him see that he can do more w himself

He can't help it but neither can I! He snores and kicks in his sleep and says he can't get back to sleep after he realizes I've gone to sleep in the other room. His feelings get hurt and one of us can't sleep. It's not my fault so why should I stay awake listening to him snore? I get angry if he keeps me awake. Our relationship is strained because of this. What should I do?

he only talks about it when he has been drinking. My bf tells me that he loves me and he says that I make him happy and we are great together. But the other night we were at a party and he had a good bit to drink, well he pulled me aside and was 100% serious when he asked me "if he could give me everything I wanted and the biggest ring would I marry him". He has talked about this many times, but only after he has been drinking. He starts off by saying something to get my attention but when he has it he says never mind you won't believe me cause you'll think its just the alcohol taking. But I ask him if he remembers what he said the next day and most of the time he does...but never mentions the marrage thing sober. I just act like the whole conversation is just him talking because he is drunk so I didn't really take it too serious until he has been asking me alot more. What do you think I should do?
