A mother takes her 8yr old child out of school.She never puts him back in school and doesn't educate him otherwise.He is also kept in the house and only leaves the home and is around other people every few months if not for longer.The only phone in the house is a cell phone and is kept with the mom.He is not allowed and does not use it .He literally knows noone but relatives,which he only sees when they stop by.His day consists of cleaning,and mild cooking.Physical abuse and molestation have VERY possibly occured........This child has been living this way for 7yrs.This child is 15,but only has the education and social skills of an 8yr old.What can be done to help this child? Can any charges be brought against the mother?What charges? What grounds could someone use to get custody of the child? What kind of lawyer could handle this case?......This is all true!All help would be greatly appreciated!

But why is it okay and encouraged in America for non-smokers to approach smokers and tell them they really should put that cigarette out since its bad for your health..... but its dead wrong to go up to a fat person eating a pizza or ice cream and say that they should really watch what they eat because that food is killing them??? I mean, in the end both cause death and both cost me increased rates on my health insurance even though I'm not the person eating pizza or smoking! Why is this ok???

I'm twenty years old....and I didn't stretch when I started doing some light weight lifting (i haven't really lifted since i was in high school).....and I didn't have to stretch then.......and sooooooo I didn't think I had to stretch now! I can't straighten my arm without my elbow hurting below and above it and my right knee hurts too!....yes I am stupid for not stretching....but I got away with it so well when I was a little younger.....I feel old

I can never make free throws, i pracitce and during practice I can make then but when it comes to the game i spaz out or something. Also ima guard and im pretty aggresive so I get a lot of fast break lay ups from steals but I cant seem to make them, any help you could offer?
