An organisation based in Mumbai offers courses in Astrology. Look up Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, K.M.Munshi Marg. I am aware that they run this course in Delhi so there might also be in Mumbai...their headquarter.
Another very reputed institute is Banares Hindu University in Varanasi. They offer 3 year course at graduate level and 2 year course at post graduate level. They dont charge any fees, even for accommodation.
