The name at the end of the movie is Moonchild and it is given to the Childlike Emperess, and it is given to her by Bastion, not Atreyu.

well.. it does not tell you... the explanation i found out is this one... remember that sebastian´s mom died... well... i guess... it was her sebastian´s mother´s name... so.. that is why the movie does not tell you the name... so every child imagines that the name is the children´s mom´s name....

for example if your mom is named patricia... then you imagine the princess would be called patricia
