with electric force air heating should the fan switch be set to run all the time?

I am concern of premature motor wear but does this save electrical cost as
perhaps causes the system not to turn on as much as the circulation of heat allows improved heat distribution.

could you give a percentage of cost savings if the fan is on constant?

Since the dems like to name congresses names like do nothing, should we name this one the?

this is the ``Hold on to Your Wallet Congress'' because they have spent 100 hours getting into the taxpayers' wallet, and as we have heard them say, they have just gotten started.

We have had no regular order, no rules. They have made it easier to raise taxes by passing a semblance of PAYGO that makes spending permanent and tax relief temporary.

They don't want recorded votes because they don't want their constituents to know what they are voting on. They have passed a 9/11 bill that our private industry tells us is going to be billions of dollars in cost to the taxpayer. We have a minimum wage bill that is going to cost billions of dollars to small businesses and also brought about the Tunagate scandal.

Yes, you know, we are seeing it on every front, an energy bill that is going to raise taxes, not make gas more affordable, student loan legislation that doesn't do one single thing to help students get into college and stay in college.

Yes, hold on to your wallet, Mr. Speaker. They are coming for it.

My Wife is overspending! What should I do?

My wife and I have been married 1year now and she currently is attending graduate school full time and doesn't work. My problem is that she LOVES to spend my money! Recently shes been spending $1000 per month on personal items. This absolutely has to stop considering my net (after tax) earning is $4300 per month. I told her about it and mentioned a monthly allowance to curb her spending but she gets mad at me! What should I do?

42 and still single. Considering a foreign bride since I get judged A LOT. Maybe their culture is different?

A lot of men my age have been married, then divorced paying alimony and child support. I've managed to avoid that and things are starting to happen for me career wise and finance wise.
Men tend to enter thier time of power later in life.
But I come up against a barrier when I'm flirting- "You're HOW old? And you've never been married? BYE"
I had the sense NOT to put rings on the fingers of women I've been in BAD BAD BAD relationships with. And I've never really had any good ones. I had sense enough to avoid that trap, why does that count against me?
Anyway, I'm starting to discover foreign brides and might just travel to escape this prejudice. I know there's things that can go wrong-but there's things that can and do go wrong with American women too.

I love my girlfriend, i never met anyone like her, but...?

she fears death, and get's extremely upset when i try to talk to her about it or comfort her about it in any way. I however do not fear death, and some of my core beliefs relating to my own personal growth disturb her.
However, she's had a ****** up life, and i'm pretty much all she has right now, and i can't stand to break another girl's heart again... it's traumatizing...
