how can you change windows text for some reason its bold and all messed up?

I have right clicked and went to properties but idk if theres anyother way please help

I'd go to Control Panel, click on Appearance and Themes,
then click on Display then click on Appearance. You can
play with this until you get the appearance you want.

you can go on the to panel where it says view and go on text size
