I use a wilson prostaff 6.0 midsize 85 sq in. here are the lead tape placements and weight: 4grams of lead,extending from 10 to 8 oclock and 4 grams of lead, extending from 2 to 4 oclock totalling 8 grams in the head, and 12 grams were placed in the handle under the wilson leather **racquet specs: 14.04oz/397.9 grams , 31.1cm/10pt head light, 350 swing weight ** so what do you think of this racquet in terms of all around play ? such as power, manueverability, stability.....etc...? opinions plz

PO111 Intake Air Temp Out of Range
PO101 Airflow Valves Out of Range
PO107 Map/Baro Circuit Valve Low

I think all 3 mean my mass air sensor is on the fritz but I've also been told it's possible my IAC might be going bad also. This is for my '01 Mitsu Galant V6 (auto).

Right now the only symptoms I've experienced is a low idle.

I am confused i have a nutrition plan i got and i really want to start it because i know if i am not eating enough times a day good and clean i will not loose weight or gain mass or muscle people say protein screws your kidneys and without protein no muscle but everything that has protein seems to be high in fat or Cholesterol trans fat etc... the plan i have is high in protein and cholesterol but it all comes from good clean healthy food no junk and crap and a couple protein shakes a day it seems good but i am not to sure i am only asking because i really want to start working out hardcore but i know the way i eat now and the things i eat will do nothing for me no muscle or nothing but damm if healthy food is high in Cholesterol and trans fat and fat saturated fat etc.... how is it possible i just need help someone please and thank you for all the responces to

How can i stop my hair smelling when i go horse-riding, normally it doesn't bother me but i'm going riding tomorrow and im also having my hair cut on the same day but i ahve to go out inbetween the two and i can't go out with horse smelling hair but i also don't want to wash it twice in one day. Ok I am a girl who (so I am told) is pretty attractive. I hang out with mostly guys because I click there and I have a few girl friends but I find most girls petty and annoying. If you had a friend like me what would you like her to do to get your attention and seem less intimidating (that is what I am figuring it is)? she expecting herself to be in the house 3 weeks (shes wishes) and not once talked about them!

i don't think i'd leave my kids for 3 days let alone 3 weeks!
