i mean since when did 2 peoples opinion make it the whole of the uks opinion(according to the news). its ridiculous, and what happened to free speach between people. i havn't seen alot of it so forgive me if im wrong, but i thought that that jo and danniel were having private conversations about shilpa? not shouting rasist comments and stuff. i think its gone way over the top i mean its just a tv prog, if people dont like it they wont watch it and c4 will stop showing it. whats your views

First post to this forum. I have searched but haven't found my answer yet. Any help is appreciated.

I am adding two recessed spotlights to a room that already has recessed lighting. The existing lights are controlled by a single pole switch and everything is 12/2. I would like to add the new spotlights but I would like to have them on a different switch so they can be independant of the existing lights. I have power running from the breaker to the existing switch and from the switch to the existing lights. Can I add a new switch tapping into the power coming into the existing switch? I understand how to wire the new lights in I'm just not sure how to bring power to the new switch and then on to the new lights? Is it possible to daisy chain the supply from the existing switch to the supply of the new switch and then run my wiring to the new lights?

Any help is appreciated.

ok i got this homework and i'm totally stuck... it says divide the word into parts but the example they give make it seem like they're dividing it by syllables-- but i know thats not what im supposed to do.

I have bought and fitted a new usb pci card (2.0) but it still cuts out. The broadband company I use said it was that the old ports couldn't handle the new 8 meg broadband. Its not the modem or the connection as it works fine on my laptop and the computer that has the problem was fine with 512k broadband from the same provider.

I am 5'8 and 148. I am 18 in HS & looking to lose the rest of the fat on my body, which obviously isn't too much. I am also looking to lift weights too, because I am really not very strong (average to just a little below avg strength prob). I have just a little fat around my chest, lower stomach & inner thigh, but it is minimal.

I plan on running 5 days a week, about a mile each, and going on a diet of almost no junk food, fat, and as few carbs as possible. I also plan on curling, benching, and squatting 5 days a week.

If I do this, how long will it take to lose any fat I have? How long before I see results from lifting (noticeable results- I'm more looking to tone, not bulk up)?

I have oily skin... plain and simple. It's pretty irritating... when I wake up it's really oily and unattractive... I was wondering if there's any product or anything I can buy that helps keep your skin from getting oily, like a long term solution... If not, what other products can I get that are good for my skin, including pimples and ESPECIALLY black heads.
