Europe: North America is not really a continent anyway, is it? It is separated from S America by a man-made channel and there is no great physical feature dividing the two as is the case with Asia and Europe.

I would think it could only be North America. But I still think that's wrong....N. American includes what is central America, and I think the equator goes through it. Whoops, I'm wrong. I just looked at Wikipedia, and the equator hits S. America only. So there it is...
