Skin Problem...?

Question

I have oily skin... plain and simple. It's pretty irritating... when I wake up it's really oily and unattractive... I was wondering if there's any product or anything I can buy that helps keep your skin from getting oily, like a long term solution... If not, what other products can I get that are good for my skin, including pimples and ESPECIALLY black heads.

you need a good astringent that is for OILY skin. Something that will neutralize the oil. it would also be helpful if you exfoliate 3 times a week- most cleansers with tree tree oil, sage, eucalyptus and thyme any of those ingredients will really help to clean the skin of bad oils while keeping the good oils. also, if you have the time and the $ get a facial- that will really help to clean the skin out f any imperfections that might be lurking around.

PROACTIVE... try to use gentle facial soaps and moisturize... if u try to use things that dry out your face your glands make more oil in place of what you removed and thus making it worse... I've been using proactive for about three years and i love it ... the cleanser is a scrub so that helps get rid of black heads then a toner that deep cleans then a repairing lotion which is the miracle worker it keeps you from future break outs, clears up what u have and moisturizes

proactive i swear it works. i use it every morning and night. It really helps your skin feel good in general. You'll feel so clean. It prevents oily skin aannndddd pimples. use it..it'll work i promise.

ok i have the same problem. i used the new sea breeze for oily skin and my oil is gone. i think u should try it its at wall mart.
