My credit is bad/young Im 23 and cannot get a home loan and i do not want to rent when there is homes for the price of rent for sale. I have 3 kids and my mobile home is just not cutting it. Thanks

All intellectuals agree that a holistic education for all, is the panecea for all ills. Strangely, from the center to the state governments , politicians talk about 100% literacy, but there is no matching grant towards '' Education to all ".May be we are short of resources, but definitely short of the will power too. Do politicians feel that : If everybody becomes aware and begins to think, they cannot fool the people anymore in the name of caste, religion, language etc and there would be no pseudo issues for elections ? Having only educated people stand for elections, will be the 1st sign of importance given to education.....there are rules every where , laws for every thing......and is it not a prerogative of our government to see that an educated person should pass the laws in the parliament or state assemblies ?......This is the importance we are giving to education.....how do we expect our country to progress ?

I do maybe about 15,000 miles of flying every year on all different airlines. Generally, my tendency has been to look for cheap flights on Orbitz or Kayak and book those- this has resulted in me flying many different airlines just a few times each but saving a lot on each ticket.

I signed up for frequent flyer programs for AA, Continental, and US Airways. I noticed that these programs also give points for making purchases through affiliates (like 1800flowers) and dining at certain restaurants.

However, I am looking for some advice as to whether these programs are worthwhile. Say I buy some flowers and earn triple points. So I've earned 150 points, but that doesn't count for much in these programs. I almost feel like I am better off scouting the web for sales, coupons, and discounts than by trying to rack up frequent flyer miles and using them.

Do you guys agree? Am I missing something?

why is it that when Pres. I have had asthma for just over a year now and it is getting progressively worse. Last case ended in pneumonia and hospital stay. My dog is two and very boisterous, but his worse habit is that of wetting/marking his territory in my bedroom of all places, it really stinks and ruins pillows and duvets. Not being too well I forgot to put board up stairs to stop him getting up, is the only solution to rehome as the smell is vile and makes me heave and also I find changing the duvet etc so hard what with all the extra dust etc.

I have recently lost about 50 lbs (put a little back on during the holidays...ugh!) and now I want to tone up...lose a little more weight, but mostly tone up and lose some more inches.
