Try exercise and go to Boots or Holland and Barrett and buy some tablets with Valerian Root extraxct in them. Kalms are one brand.

Apparently, Ginsing is growing popular as a stress killer.
Plenty of almonds and pumpkin seeds, with a good balance of fresh fruits and vegetables are very good.
Also milk and the mineral magnesium, have calming effects for the mind.

First: "B" vitamins. Stress tabs and/or nutritional yeast
Second: eliminate toxins. cleansing
Third: get a little more exercise to improve circulation
fourth: hot and cold shower.- as hot as you can stand it for 3-5 minutes, then full cold for 30 seconds, then back to hot for 3 min. repeat 3 times.

Try getting more rest, eating better, and getting some omega 3's in your diet. I use a linseed oil tablet that helps with my memory and the irritability. just feel more focused when i take it.
