What's the difference between depression and major depression? Are they seperate illnesses, or is major depression actually just a "worse" case of depression? I'm wondering because I was diagnosed with depression about 4 yrs ago when I was 13, and everyone seems to think that I'm only slightly depressed while I'm actually very depressed and bordering suicidal. So, I've begun to think maybe I was misdiagnosed and I really have major depression, if they are seperate illnesses. So, what is the difference between the two? Different sypmtoms, different causes, what? Thanks, any help will be greatly appreciated.

I am thinking about buying some whey protien to gain some muscle. i just have a few questions.

I heard that you take protien if you are body building and really want to bulk up. i workout casually 5-6 days a week and run every second day. should i be taking protien?

how much protien should i get a day. i heard it is 1 gram per every kilo you weigh. is it?

i try to eat foods with lots of protien already. if i get 100% of my daily recomended intake of protien daily do need to take protien.

when will i start to notice results. i know im not going to get ripped overnight but if im working out 5-6 times a week when will i see results.

(I posted this last night, well actually this morning around 3am, not realising that most English/British/Welsh/Scottish/Irish were more than likely tucked up in their beds. Time flies hey?)


I consider myself to be English, but isn't it annoying on forms when thats not an opition?
I'm English because I was born in England and have 100's of years of English heritage in my family.
Surely being labelled British, means holder of a British passport?
Correct me if I'm wrong, what do you think?

i loved this girl, and we went out for about 12 days, we both were so happy, until something happend between us and we got fight. she hurted me and i hurted her too.

I have just bought a copy of Windows Vista in China. When I bought it I was told that it had English language support. However, I have installed it and the whole program is in Chinese characters. How would I go about changing the default language to English? Would I need to download support files from Microsoft? Or will it not be possible to change? If not how would I go about removing the program and reverting back to XP?
