Turn on the stereo with some good music, take a shower, plan your day in your head, first thing in the morning plan just the good stuff so you look forward for the day, get a nice cold cup of milk.
E voila, you should be wide awake by know.

You appear to be functioning in a state of confusion claiming not to be a morning person when your system is actually unable to distinguish between night and day and the need for proper rest at the proper time. Consuming large quantities of coffee while moping about like a zombie is not an adequate substitute for rest but rather an artificial means of pretending to be awake. This caffeine high will only compound the problem you are facing, that of being in denial of what your system is desperately in need of, pure and simple rest. Burning both ends of the candle will only leave you physically exhausted and your mind in a caffeine induced trauma. Get a grip on yourself, face reality, and permit your body to get what it needs, rest.

Wake up about 20 minutes early and do something. Take a shower, eat a bowl of cereal, surf online, just do something to get your brain running.

Well, cocaine is illegal....so, I suggest a good vitamin and an energy drink. NO carbs, and a small bit of protein and no fats.
Anything citrus or acidic will help stave off the sleepies.
I'm going back to bed now, lock up when you leave......

Try a walk or a jog in place. Do something physical while your mind wakes up.
