I think I may be depressed but I really can't see how a doctor can find the underlying problem. Yes, I probably talk to them alot but I can't think of anything that would lead them to an answer. I've been cutting myself but I don't what to do now. Please help.

I am just starting at the gym and thinking of taking suppliments to help. i don't want to get big like a body builder just want good muscle definition. Which kind of suppliment would be best for me to take i was thinking of either whey protien or creatine also are there any adverse effects from taking suppliments to the body or mind? any help greatly appreciated. I have a problem with one of my friends,
she's always acting as a BOSS
she's always commanded me...
and she'll get mad if I don't obey her
I tried to be FRANK on her.
I told her the bad attitudes that she has
and I want her to change those .....
but she got mad on me.
she always tell other people about the
negative things against me but those
were not TRUE.....other people believe
on her...............cause she's popular
IT's so .........VERY BAD, I'd like to
give her the BEST PUNCH that I can.
but I'll be called in the guidance office
if I do that........................

what should I do?
I want to REVENGE on her
no to say sorry or make friends with her
cause I already gave her many
chances to change........

My husband is aways comparing me to single women, he tells me how much more attractive they are and so much nicer than me in every way,i have three children and hardly have a moment to myself, its so hard to look after myself the way i used to, but nevertheless it really hurts my feelings.

i hate bein in enclosed spaces hate ithate it hate it 1 o my biggest fears is bein buried alive even typin this is makin sweat n shiver it really scares the crap out o me i cant walk over drains ect incase i fall into them even goin under the quilt makes me wanna gasp for air i think it has summit to do wi bein a kid n some idiots kicked the lift we were in it took us 2 n half hours too get out my sister 7 yeat my senior was wailing like a banshee basically my question is has anythin happened to u as a kid which still affects ur life now as i do think this is where most phobias come from i gotta fear o spiders cause my pal chased me bout wi them all time no consideration i dunno eh

hi i overclocked my p4 2.66ghz to 2.87ghz.. everything is running fine, no overheating or anything

but i think the program speed up the ram BUS speed, from 133 - 147 or something.. should i be concerned about this?
