I think some earrings and a thick bracelet. no need for a necklace... are you gonna have your hair up? then long earrings...

Go for silver looking jewellery.
- 2-3 Inch long earrings, silver I guess, could have some kind of stone, a straight simple (rather long) earring.
- A simple silver-color bracelet...
- An Anklet on the leg opp. of the hand with the bracelet, make sure that it's so soft, same color of course.
- One Ring.
- Something so simple in your hair would be nice.
I personally would NOT go for a necklace.
make sure your makeup and footwear is perfect ;)

no necklace is needed if it is a neck dress. Just get some earrings and a bracelet. I had a black dress for my prom and I wore a black onyx and diamond jewelry, it looked good.

Depends on what kind of look you want to go for, here are a couple of ideas:
~A short pearl necklace wrapped a couple of times around your wrist as a bracelet with matching pearl earrings. Simple, classic elegance at it's finest.
~Silver bangle bracelets on one or both wrists, with slim, but large, silver hoop earrings.
~A delicate tennis bracelet imitation with diamonds (fake, probably lol) and matching diamond earrings. Looks especially great with those little hair jewels in your hair too, or bobby pins with jewels at the ends.
~If the back of the dress is low-cut, there are necklaces meant to be worn in the back, which can be very sexy when done properly.
~And as long as we're going there, maybe try one of those jeweled body sticker things on one of your shoulder blades, with glitter dust dusted on arms and back.
~A delicate, slim watch in either gold or silver and earrings in the matching tone.

Dont wear a necklace, it will look weird with a halter neck. wear earrings and bracelets instead.

like diamonds drop earings and a beautiful diamond choker! Dont have to be real of course, but that would look great.

i dont know too much lol but i've seen those long diamond ear rings on girls and thinks it looks awsome, also i like thick necklaces for this kind of occation not those small once almost as if they werent wearing one at all, have fun at the prom

I wouldnt wear any jewelry other than a nice pair of drop earrings black in color also...you will look really nice.
