Absolutely. As quickly and efficiently as possible, so I have lots of time left over for stuff I wanna, but don't havta, do.

If its medical, or schooling, but if its personal I tend to wait on certian things. Sometimes though, I live by helping others, and help them with their goals, so I feel accomplished for sometimes failing to do what I have to do in my day to day routine. I believe thats the pay it forward way so to speak.
